We can assure you that CrossFit Wagga caters toward the everyday mum, dad, grandparent, athlete, student, or anyone looking to get in great shape. Our workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve their goals.

Miranda Walker heads up our team of Coaches with years of CrossFit experience coupled with her years of military experience as a Physical Training Instructor. WHAT MAKES CFW DIFFERENT?
There are a lot of gyms out there with flashy equipment, big promises, and sleek branding. But once you’re through the door, you’re left to figure it all out on your own—or worse, you’re just a number in a packed class.
At CFW, that’s not how we roll.

- We start you off with 2x 1:1 PT sessions to make sure you feel confident with your movement, understand your nutrition targets, and know exactly how to navigate the gym.
- We work with everyday people—mums, dads, shift workers, busy professionals—helping you build a level of fitness that actually enhances your life.
- Sure, some of our members end up ridiculously fit over time, but that’s not the expectation. You set the goal—we just help you get there safely and sustainably.
- We teach you how to train with the right balance of volume and intensity—so you can keep showing up for years, not weeks.
- We provide active accountability, not just cheerleading. You’ll always know what your “next right move” is, whether it’s nutrition, recovery, or training tweaks.
- We kick things off with a 6-week commitment so we can give you structure, results, and momentum—then we check in regularly to help you stay on track.
