Membership Hold Request

It is important that you read and understand the below before submitting your request.

As stated in the CrossFit Wagga terms and conditions, you can place your membership on hold with the following conditions:

Hold Notice: 7 days
No. of holds: 3 Annually
Hold periods:
Minimum: 2 weeks
Maximum: 4 weeks

Debits:

Your debits will reactivate automatically once your hold period is up. Upon returning from a membership pause you need to be aware that your debits will recommence on the Thursday following the date provided below. If you require a longer duration (due to injury or hold extension) you will need to contact us. We will not be held responsible for your lack of contact regarding extending your membership pause. Your admin fee will be added to your next invoice and debited once payments restart.

If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the 28 days written notice for cancellation still applies and a Notice of Discontinuance form must be completed in person at CrossFit Wagga.

This date must be at least 7 days from today's date. I understand that if I place a date here that is less than 7 days into the future, this date will not be accepted, and the hold will begin 7 days from the date of submission.
