Our personal training isn’t about endless reps or one-size-fits-all programs. It’s smart, focused coaching that targets exactly what you need. You’ll get customised attention, proper technique guidance, and a sustainable approach that builds lasting results without burnout. We make every minute of your session count, whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your fitness journey.

We also offer safe, tailored training for pre and postnatal women, focusing on strength, mobility, and well-being at every stage.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Personal training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual goals and get the most out of your time in our facility.

Your coach will work with you to:

Identify and clarify your goals related to health, fitness and/or sport

Conduct a functional movement assessment

Design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths

Personal training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health/orthopedic limitations, keeping active during pre or post natal phases, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
